DESCRIPTION:Spain and Portugal produce a wide variety of wine styles. Everything from dry red and white wines\, rosé and sparkling wine to fortified wines. In this class we’ll highlight several of Spain’s classic growing regions like Rioja\, Rias Baixas and Penedes\, enjoying the wines and the history behind them. We’ll also taste examples of Portuguese wines\, including a great wine for summer. The wines from the Iberian regions pair so nicely with food and offer great value\, as well.  We will also enjoy cheeses from the region. \n
