DESCRIPTION:Places such as South America\, South Africa\, Australia and New Zealand are growing regions making some of the world’s most interesting wines. The vintage and harvest in the Southern Hemisphere is the opposite of the Northern Hemisphere allowing us to enjoy the wines earlier. The countries have intriguing histories\, emerging regions and unique grape varieties. In this class attendees will taste exciting new styles of wine along with familiar favorites. Wine trends\, production methods and food pairing will also be discussed. \n  \nAttendees to Ward on Wine Classes must be at least 21 years of age. \n
