Now\, many of those places are protected by the EU (European Union)\, ensuring that the wines and their production will be consistent. In This class we’ll taste examples of wines from France\, Italy\, Spain and more EU countries. We’ll discuss the historical differences in the wines\, what makes them unique and look at some modern trends changing the European wine industry.\nCheese and Crackers will be available to accompany the wines tasted.\nMust be at least 21 years of age to participate.\n
