One of the worlds most historic food pairings is wine and cheese, it’s done in almost every country and dates back hundreds of years.  But, what wines pair best with what types of cheese? In this class we’ll taste several types of cheese, from classic familiar styles to local small farm cheeses. With each cheese we’ll taste and discuss the wine that fits most appropriately.
