Fall Class Series | Specialty Wines: Sparkling and Unique Varieties

The wine world includes still wine, sparkling wine and fortified wines. However within those categories are examples of a vast array of wine. In this class we’ll taste examples of less conventional wines. Sparkling wine has a long and interesting history, the method of production is critical to its style. Fortified wines are not understood by the average wine drinker. We’ll taste wonderful samples of fortified wines. We’ll also taste some other wines made with unique grape varieties. And one very special California Cab!
