Winter Class Series | Wine and Chocolate: Pairing Wine with Bissinger’s Chocolate

Who doesn’t love wine and chocolate? Pairing wine with food is fun, but not always the easiest thing to do. In this class we’ll pair wine, red, white and sparkling wine with Bissinger’s Chocolates. We’ll discuss what characteristics about the wines allow them to pair successful with these unique locally made chocolates. This will be an interactive, fun and educational class.
