WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
Crafted in a traditional approach the grapes underwent a cold settling fermentation that took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Wines were left to mature on their lees for one to three months in the cellar. Touraine Sauvignon is typically bottled from December to June.
Exotic fruits and peach aromatics lead to a bright yet powerful palate that is fruit forward with balanced acidity and a seamless finish.
PAIRING SUGGESTIONS:
Ideal for appetizers, this Sauvignon Blanc is the perfect wine to open your palate, serving as a great match for soft cheeses—particularly goat cheese which is a specialty of the Loire region—summertime salads, shellfish and seafood.
