Back by popular demand, the blind tasting class. In this class participants will be challenged to use all of their senses to determine what grape variety, region and vintage for a variety of wines. We’ll start with basic blind tasting procedures and work our way up to double blind tasting. This class is suitable for beginners and experts, alike!
