Winter Class Series | France: Everything but Bordeaux and Burgundy

When teaching a class on French wine the most famous wine producing regions are almost always the main focus of the class. But, there are other wine producing regions in France with equally impressive histories that have shaped the wine world today. In this class we’ll taste through France’s wine regions like Loire, Champagne, Alsace and The Rhone, leaving Burgundy and Bordeaux for another time. The grape varieties and styles of wine from these unique regions shouldn’t be ignored. The wines are amazing and pair wonderfully with a wide range of foods.
