Learn to Blind Taste like an Expert

Back by popular demand, the blind tasting class. In this class participants will be challenged to use all of their senses to determine what grape variety, region and vintage for a variety of wines. We’ll start with basic blind tasting procedures and then allow the group to taste. Some of the wines will be served double blind to make an even greater challenge. This class is suitable for beginners and experts, alike!
