Blends are not new to the wine world. Winemakers have been blending grapes for thousands of years. In this class we’ll taste examples of traditional blends and non-traditional blends. There is more to blends than just mixing different grapes. Blends can include both red and white grapes, Non-Vintage Sparkling Wines, grapes from different vineyards and more unusual examples.
