It’s hot outside, here or in Europe, and they know how to make crisp refreshing wines in the Old World, they’ve been doing it for a long time. The concept of making seasonal wines has been part of the European culture for hundreds of years. In this class we’ll taste and learn about wines from France, Italy, Spain, Greece and Germany and find out what grape varieties, regions and styles of wine are best to cool off those warm summer nights.
