What is wine made of? Why does wine taste and smell the way that it does? Why do we like the wines we like? These and more questions will be answered in this fun and interactive class. Class participants will blind taste examples of classic wine varieties and learn how to increase their knowledge of wine through tasting. We will also discuss regional variations, wine and food pairing and how to enjoy wine at its best.
