Winter Class Series | Big, Bold Reds

There’s nothing better on a cold winter night than a big, bold, hearty, zesty red wine to warm you up. In this class we’ll taste and identify what types of wine fit this style and why. From the grape to the region we’ll discuss why grapes like Cabernet Sauvingon, Syrah and others have those wonderful characteristics that make them immense and tannic, audacious  and spicy. This class will focus on Cabernet’s, Blends, Syrah, Shiraz and more.  We won’t stop until our lips are deep red!
