WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
This cuvée is both fire and ice, shadow and light, a wine that leaves no taster indifferent. Incisive and intense, there’s great balance between tension and generosity. Shows greater minerality than Le Clos, as well as notes of lemon, orchard fruits, bitter almonds and wheat.
PAIRING SUGGESTIONS:
Chicken in spicy Thai sauce, Saint-Jacques au gratin curry, veal and vanilla Madras grapes, creamy and smooth cow’s milk cheeses.
