WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
White wine vinification with soft pressing of the grapes and temperature controlled fermentation at 18-20°C. It has a pale straw yellow color, a delicate fragrance of Golden Delicious apples and hawthorn; on the palate it is fresh and well-balanced.
FOOD PAIRING:
Excellent with fish dishes, fairly straightforward white meat recipes, snacks, sandwiches and pizzas.
