We believe that an excellent Riesling makes you happy. That’s why we build exclusively Riesling grapes, and the special care, consciously and with love. We cherish our vines.We harvest very carefully, read multiple times by hand to obtain the grapes in their respective best ripeness. We apply our knowledge and a tradition of over 800 years viticulture, so is from our grapes very special Riesling, which makes you happy. On an area of around 80 hectares, we make unique and authentic wines. The natural conditions come to meet us, for all the vineyards around Schloss Vollrads fall southwards towards the Rhine from. But next to the vines and the soil of our employees are with their experience our capital, for a vineyard is like a living and would like to be treated as such.
