WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
This welcoming cuvée brings everything together, in a sort of broad consensus. The 2011 vintage embodies this quality. Oak is present, but is subtle and integrated, supporting creamy palate flavors that display crystalline purity and elegant, nutty notes.
PAIRING SUGGESTIONS:
Grilled or poached fish in cream sauce, lobster, crayfish, snails, Bresse chicken in sauce, and soft cheeses.
