WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
The 2013 Telsa Neighbors Cabernet Sauvignon is generously fruit driven. It possesses a California heart and a European soul with black cherry, currant, blackberry fruits and hints of cedar and mild tobacco. It features a rich mouth-feel with dense, gripping tannins. The finish is long with barrel derived spices of nutmeg and soft vanilla.
Hand harvested over a series of nights, and fermented for 14 days. Aged in Barrique oak barrels for 18 months.
