35+ year vine maturity lend complexity and depth of flavor on the palate; tangy quince, strawberry jam, savory herbs and minerality abound on its graceful, well-defined frame. Inclusion of whole clusters in the fermentation enhances aromatics, structure and aging potential, while fine tea-like tannins and bright acidity accentuate its long and lasting finish.
