WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
Riesling is a German cool-climate varietal, best known for its highly aromatic character. 60% of the Riesling for our 2014 was grown on our estate and 40% came from vineyards in Monterey County. We blended in 15% Gewürztraminer to add an additional layer of complexity to the wine. Our Riesling displays bright flavors and aromas of citrus blossom, mandarin orange zest, and jasmine tea complemented by a touch of honey.
