Pascual Toso Cabernet Sauvignon

 WINEMAKER’S NOTES:

Elegant style, with lovely boysenberry and raspberry fruit, and plenty of vanilla, spice and chocolate shadings too. Lengthy, focused finish. Elegant and complex wine. Very sweet, but consistent tannins.

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS:

Enjoy it with pasta, red meats, lamb, Italian pasta or French cheese.

ACCOLADES:

91 Points, James Suckling – “A wine with dark berry and light jam character. Full body, round tannins and a fruity finish. More in the fruit-forward style. But it has tension and form. Drink or hold.” Argentina’s great minerality, June 2nd, 2015
