Produced from grapes carefully selected and hand-picked in the Loire Valley, this cuvée is vinified according to the Méthode Traditionnelle, therefore with a second fermentation in the bottle, in order to enhance structure and complex aromas. The color is of pale gold with very aromatic nose of vanilla and brioche. Delicate, smooth, delicious and fruity on the palate. The Chenin based sparkling wine brings wonderful roundness. Aging on the lees for 18 months brings the complexity to the wine for a long finish.
