Picked earlier than previous versions, this 2013 is a bit more linear and taunt than the delicate and supple 2012. Lower yields have created a wine that is dense with fruit, electric with minerality and vibrant with freshness.
Intense aromas of wet rocks wet soil and pineapple. Zesty and lively, this is the most intense Trousseau Gris we have bottled to date, it is delicious on its own, but will shine with Oysters on the half-shell.
