WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
To promote the purest expression of our cool-climate fruit, the 2014 Unoaked Chardonnay was 100% stainless steel fermented with grapes sourced from the Clark Ranch vineyard. The wine went through a lengthy fermentation at very low temperatures to preserve the essential bright fruit characteristics.
