Alta Vista Classic Chardonnay

 WINEMAKER’S NOTES:

Alta Vista’s Classic Chardonnay displays the appealing nature of this grape. Bright and fruity, this wine’s aromas and flavors provide an excellent introduction to the fresh, fruit-forward characteristics and overall quality of wines from Argentina. To vinify Classic Chardonnay, the wine is aged on the lees for 3 months in French oak barrels prior to 3 months in bottle.

This wine stands out because of its greenish yellow color, combined with an attractive brightness that shows its youth. It has predominance of floral and fruity notes, such as pears and apples. In the mouth, it is pleasant and fresh, with balanced acidity and a distinct fruity expression.

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS:

This wine is the perfect accompaniment to light, casual meals like fish tacos or chicken quesadillas. It also pairs very well with pasta or simply as an aperitif.
