Deep crimson in color with sweet and spicy notes of fresh herbs and cloves on the nose. On the palate, intense flavors of crisp fruit with hints of black pepper. Ends with great structure and a long finish.

Pairs with just about anything off the BBQ – for an elegant touch, try with roast duck.
