TASTING NOTES:
Our 2013 California Cabernet Sauvignon is composed of fruit sourced from Lodi, Paso Robles and Clarksburg. This wine opens with aromas of red currant, juicy black raspberry, cherry cola and toasted graham cracker crust. Pomegranate, dark cherry and blueberry flavors combine with dried dark fruit notes. On the finish, vanilla and dill from American oak aging round out this medium-plus bodied wine.

Perfectly balanced with moderate tannins and lively acidity, this versatile Cabernet Sauvignon lends itself well to a multitude of pairings from beef stew to grilled ribeye, or even pizza.
