On the nose, there is clear energy, and layers upon layers of violets, delicate roses, small berries and brush. On the palate, there is a wealth of blue and black fruit flavors balanced by excellent structure and fine tannins. As a whole, Zéphirine exudes complexity and refinement, and leads to a very long, satisfying finish.
