Sebastiani Sauvignon Blanc

WINEMAKER’S NOTES:

This forward and refreshing Sauvignon Blanc is light straw in color. It is packed with layers of lemongrass, ripe grapefruit, mild herbaciousness and good minerality. The palate delivers upfront flavors of citrus fruits including red grapefruit and orange peel, followed by mild stone fruit flavors including peach, nectarine and apricot.

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS:

Very much a fresh style with a lot of Sauvignon Blanc personality, it is great on its own or paired with a first course salad of spinach, citrus segments and goat cheese in lemon vinaigrette. – Mark R. Lyon, Winemaker
