WINEMAKING NOTES:
Our 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon is vibrant, juicy and smoky, aromas of wild strawberry, dark cherry and a hint of teriyaki intermingle to produce a sweet and savory character. Expressive on the palate with fl avors of maraschino cherry, to ffee and black walnut ice cream. Twelve percent Merlot provides for a velvety frame. The lingering finish is graceful and unearths ripe tannins which add to the balance and complexity of the wine.

Pair with a grilled porterhouse and mashed potatoes, tomato and mozzarella bruschetta or simply your favorite barbeque recipe.
