Ward on Wine had another sold-out class last night at The Wine Barrel in Sunset Hills. This time around the theme was Wines of Spain. Through the various wines we visited Madrid, Castilla La Mancha, Tempranillo, Aragon and other regions. The Wines of Spain started off with the pop of a cork and a sparkling glass of Segura Viudas Reserva Heradad. After tasting through six other Spanish wines, we finished the evening off with Sandeman Don Fino Sherry. Mike Ward engaged the crowd in his usual witty style, educating and entertaining.
