Our Prosecco is made with grapes grown in the optimal areas of Veneto and Friuli for growing Glera, the official grape of Prosecco. The base wine undergoes a slow and cool fermentation to maintain the delicate aromas of the Glera grape. Our process centers on the charmat method, in which the wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in stainless steel tanks to produce a fresh and creamy finish.
