WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
This California Cabernet is fruit-forward and balanced. Aged in French Oak, it has rich toasty notes with delicate dark fruit. Full bodied and lush with ripe tannins. Dark cherry, blackberries, plums, complex notes of chocolate and coffee. Underwent partial malolactic fermentation, and has mid-range acidity.
