Tuesdays Unscrewed
The perfect Tuesday night wine isn’t expensive, it has to go with a quick easy meal, or leftovers, and it has to taste amazing, because it’s Tuesday night and you shouldn’t compromise…
Titus Sauvignon Blanc, Napa Valley
Today’s featured wine is a refreshing, crisp and fruity wine from Titus Winery in Napa Valley. Titus is a family owned vineyard and winery run by brothers Eric and Phillip Titus. They own the vineyards and take meticulous care of the vines. The wines are among some of the best coming out of Napa Valley. Sauvignon Blanc can be grown in many places around the world but it has a long history of growing in Napa Valley and makes for a very pleasant wine. The Titus Sauvignon Blanc has wonderful peach, apricot and lime zest notes with honeysuckle and floral characteristics. It’s 100% stainless steal fermented with no contact with oak barrels. Today’s featured wine will match perfectly with seafood dishes or light cheeses. If you’re enjoying a healthy salad tonight with grilled chicken this wine will match very nicely. Cheers!!
