Aquinas Cabernet Sauvignon

WINEMAKING NOTES:

Our 2013 Aquinas Cabernet Sauvignon is filled with aromas of dried cherry, cocoa nibs and black currant along with toasted coconut notes from 16 months of American oak aging. Blackberry, tart cherry, gingerbread and cappuccino flavors lead to a velvety mid-palate. This full-bodied, well-balanced North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon culminates with a long, expressive finish.

FOOD PAIRINGS:

Gentle tannins and a smooth finish make this wine an impeccable pairing with roasted meats, barbecue or protein rich dishes.
