WINEMAKER’S NOTES:
The long, even and temperate 2013 growing season yielded wines with exceptional quality. This full-bodied Signature Shiraz is equally expressive in aroma and on the palate, exhibiting red and black fruits, exotic spices and smoke.
Opened by aromas of blueberry, tart blackberries, pepper jam and fig; the rich and textured palate confirms pomegranate, anise, dusty bittersweet chocolate and ground espresso. Retaining the inherent spicy Shiraz character, the finish reveals white pepper and clove. 2013 Signature Shiraz exhibits flavor complexity and finely integrated tannin; and is suited for aging 10+ years.
