Lyeth Cabernet Sauvignon

WINEMAKER’S NOTES:

The Cabernet Sauvignon was chosen because it is one of the most important components used in creating the Meritage blend upon which Lyeth has built its success. The wine allows Lyeth to showcase this varietal in a way that reveals the individual qualities it contributes. The tannins and strength of this Cabernet Sauvignon are what give our signature Lyeth Meritage its structure.

This is a complex wine with enticing aromas that immediately reveal themselves upon opening the bottle. A deep crimson in color, the wine coats the palate with layers of black currant, Bing cherry and cocoa.

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS:

The 2013 North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon displays a nice tannin structure and would pair excellently with grilled meats and hard like Parmigiano and Romano. This wine is ready to be enjoyed immediately!
